The Parish Council minutes, once agreed, are in the public domain, and it is the duty of the Paish Coumcil to make them available to residents.  They rarely appear in the Evesham Journal and it has been suggested that they should be displayed on this page of this website.

Statistics show that in the year  to 1st December 2007 there were over 196,000 hits on the Hill and Moor website and the number of recorded visutors in that time were 68,316, an average of 5693 per month.  My thanks to those visitors, DF.  The number of visitors shown on the entry page are Uniqie Visitors since the site was started in 2002, and are for my benifit.

The Parish Coyncil has stated that it does not wish to publish its minutes on this page, but has not given reasons why not.

There would be no advantage to this website to display these minutes, except to offer a better service to its loyal readers.
